3. Purpose of Processing

We use personal information to: respond to inquiries sent through the contact form; improve browsing experience; conduct internal statistical analysis; comply with legal obligations in Argentina; and send educational communications, only with the user's express consent.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: free and informed consent when completing the form (art. 5, Law 25,326); our legitimate interest in improving educational services; and compliance with legal obligations applicable in Argentine territory.

5. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained for a maximum of two (2) years from the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. After this period, data will be irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

Under Law 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data (art. 14); request rectification (art. 16.1); request deletion (art. 16.3); and object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to contacto@alvantez.com with a copy of your ID. We will resolve your request within ten (10) business days. If your rights are not properly addressed, you may file a claim with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

7. Data Transfers

We do not transfer personal data to third parties except under legal obligation, court order, or request from a competent authority. For international transfers, we will ensure adequate protection as established by DNPDP Provision No. 60-E/2016.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and periodic security reviews. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
